Amazingly friendly and helpful staff! Showed us around town and even took us out at night for street food and clubbing! Central location safe and easy to walk. Anna picked us up from the airport and helped us get our cell phone in order. Excellent breakfast
Africa Roots arranged for a pick-up from the Airport for us and we were VERY pleasantly surprised at the location and accommodation. Well worth the price, which was reasonable. Out room was excellent and had a balcony and bathroom. We walked to the lake and to the mall nearby as well as the Arts and Crafts market.
Breakfast was a highlight for the start of a good day. We were sorry we could only spend one night.
Excellent staff and a wonderful welcome to Uganda.
I was met at the Entebbe Airport by a driver sent by the African Roots Guest House. It is about a ten minute drive from the airport. The setting is a residential area that is walking distance to Victoria Mall. ( where, if you want it you can get a great cup of coffee) . Also within walking distance was Lake Victoria and several great restaurants along the lake.
Breakfast was included in our stay. We had wonderful fresh fruit and eggs or pancakes made to order.
There was wifi that even worked in our rooms which, in Uganda, was a rare find.
