Payment Policy

• Full payment if booking made from 3 months to the functional date.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be received in writing. As all suppliers charge cancellation fees, they are in turn passed on to us.
• Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in number of occupancy are subject to cancellation and no-show fees.
• Cancellations made from one month to functional date 50% is refundable excluding suppliers already paid.
• Cancellations made 2 weeks to functional date, 25% is refundable excluding suppliers already paid.
• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks to functional date 100% non-refundable fees applies

Health

• Yellow fever & malaria prophylactics.
• For gorilla/chimp trekking it is imperative that you are healthy and free of any disease or virus – officials do have the right to refuse entry if you are sick.
• Should you opt to spend a night on Ngamba Island, and partake in the forest walk or caregiver programmer, please request the full document for this activity, and it MUST BE BOOKED WELL IN ADVANCE.

Visas

• Most nationalities require a visa to enter Uganda & Rwanda which you can obtain on arrival for USD50-60 depending on passport, per person, single entry. Passports must be valid for a min of 6 months.
